At 21 Senses, Partner Development Manager is in a key position to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new strategic business partners. The individual is responsible for the creation and execution of a detailed channel strategy based on industry, application of MNST products, and end-use. The PDM will identify top Distributors, System Integrators, and Resellers developing a solid business case to ensure Partners find value in MNST. The PDM owns all aspects of the recruitment strategy and sets vital goals for driving profitable growth.Successful candidates will join a fast-growing team with strong career paths toward Management and Global Roles. Responsibilities:
Develops partner recruitment plans to recruit new partners or expand current partnerships to grow business and fill market opportunities.
Influences partners and business leaders to sell MNST products.
Employs a value-driven approach of partnering with MNST over competitors based on partner business.
Identifies and recommends market opportunities based on an understanding of industry/Solution gaps and emerging trends in solution/product areas.
Collaborates with internal teams to identify new opportunities in the partner ecosystem with solution offering
Coaches and challenges partners to provide transformative solutions to joint customers/prospects with our products.
Works with internal technical teams to build solutions or services and to demonstrate proof of concept (POC) to the Partners. Aligns technical resources to articulate and bring business value to the partner.
Leverages internal resources to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) and co-selling strategies with Partners.
Champions internal processes that benefit partners and brings insights into the organization around what the partner experience looks like.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven Partner/Channel Development sales experience closing large-size partner engagements - this is an absolute requirement
Strong aptitude for technology and ability to communicate and work effectively with highly technical customers
Ability to understand complex enterprise requirements
Proven channel operational execution, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Prior experience at a growth-stage manufacturing company
Previous experience in Sensors is preferred
